Selected elements of winning entries - such as case summaries or storyboards within specific categories - may be published after the announcement of results for promotional purposes. However, participants will have the option to request confidentiality at the time of submission, and such requests will be respected.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and participants accessing or using the platform. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not submit an entry.
The Awards Management reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review them periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms. If a participant disagrees with any changes, they must withdraw their entry.
The Awards Management may, at its sole discretion, withdraw, amend, or add to the Terms & Conditions of the Awards, with prospective or retrospective effect. The Awards Management shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of participation, attempted participation, withdrawal of the Awards, or amendments to these Terms.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Awards shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Awards Management, its affiliates, partners, employees, officers, jury members, contractors, and associated entities against any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from participation in the Awards, breach of these Terms, or any third-party claims. The Awards Management will notify participants promptly of any such claims, and participants may participate in the defense at their own expense.
Entries received after the specified deadline may be accepted only at the discretion of the Awards Management.
The Awards Management is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or damaged due to technical failures, including internet or communication issues.
Participants may be required to submit supporting documentation to verify the information provided. Such documentation will form part of the original submission. Failure to provide requested information within five (5) working days may result in disqualification.
The Awards Management will make reasonable efforts to contact participants using the details provided.
All information submitted will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of judging and evaluating entries.
The Awards Management shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or mishap of any nature arising during participation in the Awards.
Any matters not covered within these Terms will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Awards Management or an appointed independent body.
Disqualification of entries is at the sole discretion of the jury and the Awards Management.
The jury’s decision is final. No correspondence, discussion, or feedback will be provided regarding shortlisted entries or winners.
The Awards Management reserves the right to edit or shorten entry titles for use in award materials, including trophies and publications. Participants are encouraged to keep titles clear and concise.
The interpretation of these Terms by the Awards Management shall be final and binding on all participants.
